April 2025 | 5 days, 6 nights

Stepping into more ease, freedom, and confidence in the body.

 Participants spent the week:

Reconnecting with their bodies beyond the scale or expectations

Eating with more ease — without guilt or constant overthinking

Experiencing satisfaction — instead of control and restriction

Building self-trust — in a way that felt steady and real

Letting go of the pressure to shrink — and making space for a different relationship with their bodies

🌿 This wasn’t about changing bodies.
It was about changing the relationship with them.

FEEL AT HOME IN YOUR BODY & FINDING EASE WITH FOOD - FOR LIFE.

In April 2025, we gathered in Costa Rica for 5 days and 6 nights of connection, reflection, and real change.

Together, we created a space where participants could step away from the noise of diet culture and explore a different way of relating to food and their bodies.

Through shared experiences, honest conversations, and time in nature, something shifted- not through pressure or perfection, but through trust, support, and being in it together.

What the week looked like

A closer look at how the experience unfolded—through connection, conversation, movement, and space to just be.

Daily workshop-style, interactive lessons
Guided sessions that invited honest reflection and real conversations. This is where deeper shifts started to take shape.

Beach excursions to relax and be present
Time by the ocean to step out of routine and just be. No agenda—just space to enjoy and reconnect.

1:1 conversations for personalized support
Individual time to be heard, supported, and guided through what was coming up. Grounded, personal, and tailored to each experience.

Community meals without pressure or rules
Shared meals in a space where food didn’t need to be controlled or overthought. Just eating, connecting, and being present.

Morning yoga with gentle, supportive movement
Slow, intentional movement to ease into the day. Focused on how it felt—not how it looked.

Dance to move and let go
A chance to move freely and drop the pressure to do it “right.” Letting the body lead for once.

What participants shared

Real reflections from those who were there—what shifted, what felt different, and what they’re taking with them.

Are you tired of feeling stuck in a cycle of wanting to change your body, only to feel exhausted, anxious, or overwhelmed at the thought of yet another “fix”?

If so, this retreat is for you.

At Nourish to Flourish, we won’t give you more rules, restrictions, or quick fixes. Instead, we’ll help you tune into yourself and tune out the noise—so you can finally break free from the patterns that have kept you trapped.

Will you be “healed” in five days? No. But you’ll be set on a new path.

Imagine you're in an airplane from NYC to Seattle, but you want to end up in San Diego. If you pivot the nose of the airplane just a few degrees, you'll end up hundreds of miles south in sunny San Diego.

This retreat is your pivot. A shift in direction that will change the way you move through life—leading you toward true freedom, peace, and self-acceptance.
